I would guess - although not knowing much about Utah -

Purdue will give him the credential to work anywhere in the United States and if he does well there have a good shot at the first first job he would want. That might not be true with Utah. I would guess Utah would give him a good shot at any job in the mountain west though.

So does he see himself in NY, San Fran, LA or Salt Lake City?
