CSoul Intervention Needed

I am differentiating CS from engineering (I edited my post to reflect that) because I'm not really privy to

the engineering program at all. Also, my dad did graduate work at the U of U so I'm not terribly against the school or anything. We have a few great U of U CS grads on my team as well. Just telling you what I and our other hiring managers see (and they aren't BYU grads).
