Well the Flex Pay option didn't exist until 2017
As what happened out in the field, door to door, I assume most of what said in the complaint was the case. They do have a department that handles unethical complaints customers make against any representatives of Vivint, and they will get fired for improper procedures. As to individual instances or situations, no idea if that happened.
I was responding to the post that said Todd personally knew.. I kind of laugh at that because there are over 11,000 employees at that company and not every CEO is going to know about every personal action of every employee. It's just ridiculous to believe that
