Read the complaint. Corporate is not clean in this. They knew, fired them...
sent them to solar for a year, and then rehired them. These are business decisions. Vivint corporate made the decision to look the other way and reap the benefits these practices provided in the near term, while realizing that they may need to pay the piper in the future. This is not uncommon at Vivint or similar companies. They push the boundaries to generate growth and revenue and then face the consequences when, or if, they arise.
