A lot of cops don't cite for traffic accidents anymore...I got t-boned by a kid
who ran a red light and the car behind him caught it on his dash cam. I went over to ask the kid if he was all right. As he climbed out of his car he had his cellphone in his hand. He looked at me and said, "I was distracted." I walked away and let the cops do their thing. He wasn't cited. Totaled my truck and his car.
