Honestly, I don’t see the point of citing for a traffic accident
Because the natural consequences of the action already are sufficient to discourage it. People speed because they’re are benefits (getting there more quickly) but consequences only if you get caught. When you get in a traffic accident, you lose a ton of time, have your insurance go up, and mess up your car. It’s not like the extra $150 fine is going to discourage people from doing it.
