We had a terrible storm and this teenage grub hub driver slid through the intersection and hit me. I was totally taken off guard when the cop told me that in this situation he would only cite the kid if I said to. I wasn’t sure what to do but basically because I was worried it would mess up insurance and the kid was obviously driving too fast for conditions I told the officer to cite him. The officer looked truly surprised and asked if I was sure.
