plenty of ability to build around him. They had a weakness of not having a second scorer and chose to get Conley. Not a bad move, but it limited their ability to do other things. Everything the Jazz do to fill one hole creates another. They simply don't have the clout to fill those holes for nothing like other teams have. Had they been able to sign 2 rotational players at vet minimum like a few other teams, those holes would be filled.
