time. Ultimately Gobert defenders have to accept that people are going to be extremely hard on him defensively because he has zero ability to punish small teams offensively. So if you aren't bringing any value on offense against a team full of small guys then you better be lights out on defense - particularly when getting 35+ million a year soon to be 40-45 million.
His rotations were slow and there were even times when they went straight at him and finished over him. Not to mention he really didn't dominate the boards - Mann went over the top of him for an o-rebound dunk in game 6 and flat out beat Gobert for O rebounds multiple times in game 5.
If he were making 20 million the spotlight wouldn't burn so bright on Gobert for his shortcomings. But when he's getting paid on a 200m+ contract you have to be upset with your return on investment if you are the jazz.
