It looks like this ruling supports the rights of colleges to offer a broader range of benefits. Not to pay student athletes.
Seems pretty easy for schools to offer the same benefits to all student athletes regardless of sport or sex. It’s not about NIL.

It depends on how education related benefits is going to be defined. Hopefully Congress does that quickly.
