Couple things to know about fibromyalgia. 1 it is more a term used to label a set of symptoms related to pain and
fatigue than any sort of understood disease process with a cause and effect relationship.
2. The best way to treat fibromyalgia is a regimented exercise program which is also the last thing people with fibromyalgia want to do because they hurt and are tired
3. When a healthcare provider sees a diagnosis of fibromyalgia on your chart you will instantly be stigmatized in a way that you would never want.
