Not a doctor, but deal with fibro claims a lot as an insurance lawyer and this
does not sound like fibro.
The claims I usually see are diffuse pain - all over the body. Nerve type pain. Not so specific as a particular part of the shoulder.
You’ve probably got neckor shoulder specific injury.
Also, what slim said re: stigma. I’ve never seen a fibro claimant who wasn’t … a little untrustworthy otherwise.
