BleedCougarBlue2 Intervention Needed

Yeah, pain is very specific: base of my neck, inner portion of both shoulder

blades and sometimes down into my left tricep muscle. Hurts the least when I wake up in the morning.

Started around the time I got the COVID vaccine and I at first wondered if it was a reaction to that since I got the shot in my left shoulder/tricep area.
