I was comparing the finances of the Big12 and the PAC12 and saying that those aren't that different. But neither can compare with the SEC or Big 10. The PAC can't compete with those conferences.

And I agree that the PAC12 is both protected and limited by geography. My comments were mostly just written to imply that I think the Big 12 is in a substantially worse situation than the PAC12 overall.
