high school soccer is FAR below club. I have some ex-teammates who coach collegiately and NONE of them recruit from high school teams/games. Nor do they care where you played high school soccer. Although it sucks to not represent her school and play with friends, she'll get better coaching and experience playing with a club provisional team.

It'll always hurt to be cut but it's not the end of the world. Hope your daughter continues to play, some of my best memories growing up were playing soccer with my club friends. High school soccer was largely a disappointing experience for me.
