Have her pickup tennis or golf. It's usually a less competitive sport and especially in doubles
if you have some athletic talent and decent footwork you can play varsity Soph.-Sr. Years.
Our HS tennis coach went after kids who were good at other sports and tried to get them out Fr or Sph year.
I started out my sophomore year. I worked my way up to the top doubles team on JV. Played varsity JR and SR year mostly on account that I was good at net play.
