And showed how much some of these elite programs were worth and how much they could be potentially making with their own tv network and etc. it was pretty eye opening and compelling. Basically from what I understood is that with how chaotic things are with tv revenue most programs are able to do okay with how much the conference brings in but that in the future the ones who are independently successful will eventually find that they are much better off keeping the revenue to themselves. I think just with the current climate and how the playoffs and revenue sharing is working out it’s not entirely worth the risk and the hassle but that it’s only a matter of time before we move from super elite leagues to just super elite independent programs.
