that's a fun hope, but a bad prediction.
In my lifetime, the PAC 12 will not regret allowing religion to kill their interest in adding BYU.
However, I am also surprised they held their nose enough to add Utah so maybe I'm wrong.

We’ve had it confirmed that the big12 knew BYU added value in 2016 - and that was when OU and UT were included. Imagine
