the only show on Saturday in Tempe or in the road locations; this game tonight is the only show in Provo. Price reflects interest and demand.
UW just got killed by a mediocre Michigan, USC just got killed at home by Stanford and fired their coach, even residents of Tucson don't care about Arizona this year, and UCLA fans have worse battered fan syndrome than BYU and don't fill up the Rose Bowl. So outside of 2-0 UCLA, none of the other teams are fielding a solid team and when they don't win, fans don't show up at road games so demand isn't high.
Most play ASU every year, so it's kinda old hat as well. It's not a huge name game for them...it's a middling interest opponent. ASU in LES is a name game for BYU...more than USU or BSU or all of 2020 or 90% of teams they play in Provo. Also, playing in Provo is a destination for ASU as they haven't played here in decades; PAC south teams playing each other isn't a destination for any of them.
