I never made that claim.
My quotes about Arizona State were:
"There is still a lot of time for our schedule to look better, ASU, USC, Baylor, and Virginia could all be really good but at this point in the season the strength of schedule isn't there."
"USC, Utah, and ASU are all unknowns at this point."
I did say many of the teams we have scheduled appear to be mediocre to bad, but that was your choice to lump ASU in that group. I was referring to Wazzu, Arizona, Idaho State, Georgia Southern, and USF.

Also this ignores the real possibility of the SEC 3#. Georgia, Florida, and Bama all could be in before BYU gets in.
