Why have people become so flaky? Our receptionist gave her two week notice so we started the hiring process. We saw a
resume for someone we were very interested in, so we contacted her and setup a time for an interview. The day and time arrive for the interview and the individual didn't show up, didn't call, didn't email. We've called other individuals who have submitted resumes and they won't call back. What is going on with people these days?
