Grew up in the bay area. Went to my first game in '78 and was at Willie McCovey's last home game. Have been a fan ever since. Lots of games at Candlestick as a kid. Earned three "Croix de Candlesticks". Saw Johnnie LeMaster hit two HRs in one game (He only hit 22 in 3191 ABs in his career). Saw a Mike Ivie walk off HR in the 9th. Totally hated the Dodgers with Cey, Russel, Lopes, Garvey, Yeager, Baker, R. Smith, Sutton, Welch, Lasorda, etc. Used to love turning my transistor radio in on night games against the Dodgers to hear what Vin Scully had to say about the Giants.

In 2002 during a rough year at work where I traveled a ton, listening to night games driving on the road while Bonds made his HR record run kept me going.

43 years after I saw my first game and still follow them big time. Huge fan of Posey, Belt, Crawford, Cain, Lincecum, Madbum and the rest of the "forever giants".

No matter what happens this year and moving forward, the memories from '10, '12 and '14 are enough to keep me smiling the rest of my life.
