Yep, I have many friends who firms like Kirton McConkie wouldn’t even look at,

Getting multiple emails from their recruiters that are promptly deleted. A new boutique firm in LA with Latham Watkins rainmakers is offering fulling remote positions for either $170k for 1400 billable hours and something like $300k for 2000 billable.

Median attorney pay in the US is $86k. In Utah, $88k. Big law is a big racket. Only big biz should use them.
