normally the baby charges get billed to the wife/birthers insurance plan but the baby cant be covered by her parent's plan, so will the baby default to his plan?

i'm not 100% sure how that works in this case, I guess this situation could potentially be some "loophole" that allows for it to work how the OP is thinking...
