but it wasn't a terrible move — we clearly lacked in the physicality & athleticism department. Unfortunately, we were clearly lacking in the skill & experience department too — & Brown & Moala brought nothing to the table to remedy that. Clearly our best player was a Frosh PG who unfortunately couldn't shoot.
Frankly, that huge Freshman class that Reid brought in — they weren't all that talented a recruiting class. And it was a shame — cuz it was perhaps the best LDS recruiting class of all time (included Chris Burgess and Britton Johnson, among several other high-end recruits; Reid ended up not landing a single one of the top-5 — which was a clear disappointment considering where BYU was with LDS recruiting when Reid first took over).
