I know one thing - I'm glad this kind of G5 thinking is now a thing of the past.
For an LDS coach that is serious about both football and the personal development of his players, there really aren't very many more steps left on the ladder.

It depends. At BYU soon it won't be since steps up will be fewer. Guys rarely leave for lateral positions.
