Will be more telling when they get an HC offer
Grimes will get one. With the way he is looking this year, the success we had in 2020, and the already spinning up carousel, I'm betting on that happening sooner rather than later.

It depends. At BYU soon it won't be since steps up will be fewer. Guys rarely leave for lateral positions.
