I will give credit to Tuiaki for the first five games giving us a chance to win each one. But his unwillingness or inability to adapt to the personnel that he has on the field is very troubling to me.
#1. Not really an excuse not to get rid of a mediocre to bad coach. You can pretty much say this about anyone.
#2. If the issue is coaching, I'm not very optimistic that we will suddenly get a bunch of guys good enough to compensate. Everyone should be able to recruit better in a P5 conference anyway.
#3. With 3rd and 4th string guys in there it was obvious a lot of them didn't really know what they were doing. You can say that that is lack of experience but it sounds like you're much more willing than me to give benefit of the doubt to coaches rather than players.
