You replace him w/ a guy who understands how to teach proper tackling technique.
That alone would immediately improve the defense. Then you find a guy who can not only teach tackling but also basic stunt/twist/blitz principles. It's not that hard.
Saying there might not be another guy out there who is better is dumb. Go find him.
