Question: do the “type” of calories we eat affect the “calories out” part of the
equation?
That is, I eat 1000 cal carbs, or ai eat 1000 cal protein. That’s the same for “calories in.” But can the way I eat affect the “out” side of the equation? Maybe make it work as a more efficient machine?
