If Cincy makes the playoff, the SEC auto-bid (Auburn?) is ranked in the top 13 and Oregon drops out of the playoff to take the Rose Bowl slot, top 13 would get NY6. Obviously, that assumes the other auto-bids stay in the top 13 too.
