This is absolutely the situation. They took one look at our schedule and thought
we can put these guys at 15 and no matter how many wins BYU gets or how many losses happen in front of BYU, they will simply be leap frogged by other teams if necessary. No way they are in the top 10, so they will still go to the independence bowl. And they don't look like they are being unfair because they placed BYU at 15 when the AP Poll had them at 17. It will give them an argument against the crap they pulled last year too.
I despise this system. No chance until we are in the Big 12. Can't come soon enough.

You're hilarious if you think that Oklahoma State, Baylor, or A&M don't get invited to the Rose Bowl before BYU.
