I agree. But the Fed will not raise rates enough because it is too big of a

burden on our debt service. The Fed should skip tapering and go into selling back a lot of the securities that they have accumulated over the years. And they should raise their overnight rates. I am just suggesting that they will not do what needs to be done. There is too much political influence, even though there is not supposed to be any.
