We saw the game & replays, though. He was obviously covering for his QB.
In replay — it's obvious when a WR is cutting back as part of the route versus sighting the ball & coming back to it cuz it's underthrown.
On several of those throws Puka had his guy beat long & was fully expecting a throw to lead him comfortably into a score.
