In the ACC and probably close to the bottom in all P5 schools. What he has done with what he was given is pretty legit. Add on a top 5 public university and it is even more remarkable. He does it with great students. He limits his recruiting pool to make sure he never has academic casualties. He does have facility upgrades coming soon so that could help.
