I have gone to 2 Utes road games vs P12 (not proud) and let me tell you…

They get the same jokes and insults we do (on a smaller scale). I am friends with a few former Ute and BYU players who invite me to games periodically for fun. We went to USC and UofA both with Utes fans/former players, and literally had many of the same experiences us BYU fans have just by virtue of coming from Utah. Was a little eye opening to be honest to still hear Mormon insults and polygamy jokes hurled at Ute fans.
