I am trying to only eat from noon until 6 PM.
And we are eating a Bickman-based diet using foods that don't spike your blood sugar. I am also trying to eat less volume. I have always shoveled food in like a pig. Lots of volume, not much chewing. I am now trying to eat slower and chew thoroughly while enjoying the flavor of each bite.
