Anything that keeps you full for a longer period of time. Minimize processed
foods. Cut out all juices and sodas (even diet sodas).

Eat more protein, fats, vegetables, and fruit.

Stay far away from anything that says “fat free.” They just add sugar which is not your friend.

And be active with whatever you enjoy doing.
