BYU Grounds Intervention Needed
There is much more to it. How much you eat how many calories when you eat it
But simply eat more simple foods than processed and find out what your caloric intake should be and then be sure you are expending that intake each day to lose or maintain your weight.

Strength training is good for over all body health as is so sort of cardio.

So balance in all things.
