I feel like the easy solution is just swap WVU and OK State.
North would be: OK State, OU, Kansas, K-State, Iowa State, Cincy, WVU
South would be: Texas, TTech, Baylor, TCU, Houston, UCF, BYU
You've got to think that WVU, with the concerns about mileage they always bring up, would want to be in a division with closer proximity.
