He said it is widely known in the Muslim community that BYU is one of the best places for Muslims to go when they come to the US due to the overlap in rules, and due to BYU's accomodation for prayer times and so on. Apparently BYU has (or had) a room in the wilk where people could go lay out their mats and pray facing east and all that.
