I know a restaurant owner locally who caters food for the basketball team.

He said they are always very careful to accommodate the Muslim rules in their dishes. Not all dishes, but always have some dishes in compliance at request of BYU.

With our own unique set of rules it’s not surprising BYU would go out of their way to respect and accommodate those of Muslim religion and culture.
