Bought a for rent sign to put up without having been told to by my landlord. Then we didn’t need it so she demanded the landlord reimburse her for the sign. Umm no. Landlord did not tell or make you buy the sign-she didn’t owe you a dime 🤦🏻‍♀️ You can’t demand things of a landlord that aren’t their responsibility
