My advice if you are going into sales for the first time go with a National
Company that has a great sales training program. I’m talking as much education as an MBA but focused only on sales Xerox was the company that really kicked training into high gear. IBM was another. I’m not sure if software does that or not
One other piece of advice. Doing one on one sales is one thing and can make lots of money. One on ten is a whole different level, one on 1000 is better and the best is 1:1,000,000

Because it can be really hard to make sales, has a risky pay structure, and requires being very extroverted.
