I sold my house last month. Just bought a new one and moving next week. We wouldn’t have gotten the house if we didn’t know the person selling it.

I am renting my neighbors house out and he is looking to sell it as he lives in Puerto Rico.

Not sure your price range but a great neighborhood in eagle mountain (not city center) and a home that has potential (you can finish basement, add granite, etc.)
