We are in for a bumpy ride with stagflation. We are going to have a recession
but FED won't be able to combat it because rates are already pretty low. Inflation is going to stay high and that will mask the real estate bubble. Very unlikely nominal prices go down much if it all. Long term better days are ahead but the next 3-5 years are going to be challenging.
