I've been in a kitchen since i was eight. Worked in food service since my teens
I've done everything from washing dishes, busing tables, cold prep, line cook, sous chef, assistant, executive chef, catering, upscale grocery (culinary training, specialty cheese, artisan baking), food production for resale. Should I go on?
