Currently retired and working on a project with several colleagues yes chefs
Doctors, nutritionists and other subject matter experts. Inspired by my work experience, passion as well as the stroke I suffered two years ago.

Prior I created a line of artisan goats milk gelato sold at Harmons where i worked for five years running the cooking school program, then artisan cheese program for one of their signature stores). Prior I catered music events both in the US as well as in Sweden. Prior to that worked in several restaurants including restaurant openings. Prior I served in the USArmy as a cook

Btw du you have any legitimate reason to know this? Why don't you explain to those reading what it is you do full time? I share my passion. What is it you share?
