Here's the deal. Even if there is a bad culture, all the people who are mad are
Leaving. And new people are constantly coming in.
There are lots of opportunities to turn the culture around with all the turnover. It just takes the right people (good hiring and recruiting). Pope is still a newish head and road bumps are expected.
This season was the first I've heard of culture issues. Pope will be able to turn it around.
