& got a few tips here & there, too.

It was a frustrating year for everyone when we lost Rich & Gavin so early. Everyone had justifiably high hopes that the season would turn out much better for us than it did. I'm not sure I'd call that a culture problem — but it did probably affect the enthusiasm of some the players & their hope for a successful season next year.

Where our roster stands right now, we certainly are gonna struggle. Hopefully Pope & staff can fix that in the next couple months.
